Today I’m featuring the entrance to  Codrington College, which is the Theological College of the West Indies. A place of religious learning in Barbados.

Codrington College is a beautiful place to go and visit and spend some time enjoying the grounds and views, which this fantastic place have to offer, Codrington College the Perfect Picnic Location.

It is the day of rest and that is of course Sunday for most people, a time when families should spend some quality time together. A time for escaping your normal day to day routines, a time to forget about shopping, work, chores, a time for spending precious time enjoying life, taking things easy, recharging your batteries.

I know that many people nowadays have forgotten about the importance of spending quality time with family and loved ones, is it really asking for too much nowadays for people to realise there is more to life than working and the pursuit of money or self interests over spending one day a week enjoying life with your family.

Sunday Service at the Barbados Photo Blog and this week I’m featuring the Church of St Lawrence, which is situated in St Lawrence Gap in Barbados. It is a real pretty looking church, which has a great view of the Caribbean Sea. I spent some time enjoying the view from the grounds of this church and it was a calming experience.

Sunday Service at the Barbados Photo Blog features what I would call an advertising sign for a church. It gives you all the information you need to know for attending a service in the House of God.

I took this picture of a church being prepared for there Sabbath, whether the believers of that particular marquee style church believe the day of the lord falls on a Saturday or a Sunday, I’m not too sure.  But at the end of the day, does it really matter if everyone believes in God.
