A picture of yours truly enjoying some roasted breadfruit, which was roasted on a huge roaring fire in my back yard. I had been working hard all day doing some renovations in the house I live in and I was real hungry. So you can imagine how good this roasted breadfruit tasted.
It was as real simple snack to make, once the breadfruit was roasted all that was added to it was some margarine, pepper sauce and then it was topped with some squeezed limejuice. I cant wait to taste have another roasted breadfruit, it sure was a memorable and extremely tasty snack courtesy of Barbados.
